Turnaround time

Routine visits take 5 minutes most of the time, and a small number will take 2-4 hours due to a human review.

The note will be Ready for review in the Andy app. Take a look at the preview, and then click Looks good to send to the EMR.

What Andy will complete

Andy will complete the entire routine note, including:

• Checkboxes
• Comments (only as needed - we may not fill out every box)
• Medication changes + med profile
• Wound care worksheet
• Narrative

Andy works best if we did the prior OASIS. The below may be blank if Andy did not do the prior OASIS:

• Homebound status
• Additional details may be missing around chairbound or DME

What you must complete in Kinnser

Wait till the yellow sticky says Andy AI: Ready for review. During your review, do the following:

1. Review any yellow sticky notes for missing info or abnormal values to notify MD.
2. Check off any interventions performed or goals met in progress-to-goals
3. Enter fall / infection logs if your agency uses them.

Steps 2 and 3 can be performed any time (before, during or after submitting to Andy).
