Once the note has been transferred to your EMR, you will see a yellow sticky note in your hotbox. This note means your OASIS is ready for review!

Step by step

  1. First address Andy’s yellow sticky comments
  2. Then spend 30 seconds reviewing each page, focusing on the comments / narrative
  3. In general, Andy’s OASIS scoring reflects home health best practice and we recommend using Andy scores to help you capture the quality of your care. If you are certain that Andy is wrong, you may change the scores.
  4. Add goals and interventions
