Andy pulls together a referral summary, or the prior visit, so you know what to expect before you start your visit.

Where can I find the prepare tab?

From the main visits page, tap on the patient you want to see. There are 3 tabs at the top of the page: Prepare, Visit and Review. Tap on Prepare.

What shows up on the Prepare tab?

For SOCs and ROCs, Andy will display a brief summary of the referral paperwork. This referral summary includes:

• Reason for hospitalization
• Discharge date
• Face to face diagnosis
• Reason for referral
• Wound care orders, if any
• Medications, including high-risk meds

For any visit where Andy did a prior visit in the past 2 months, Andy will show a summary of the prior visit. This summary contains all of the information in the Review tab, such as: vitals, narratives & comments, assessment findings, etc.

Andy will surface visits relevant to this visit:

• An OASIS visit shows the prior OASIS
• An SN note shows the prior SN note or OASIS
