You can now preview your note in Andy before it goes into your EMR. The goal is higher accuracy, and higher completeness, and less time spent reviewing in your EMR.
You can find all of your notes that are ready to Preview under the Ready tab, from the main page. All of your visits will remain available on the Visits page.
When you tap into each patient, the Preview will show up on the Review tab. Your files will show up under the Visit tab.
You won’t be able to send the note to your EMR if there are errors. Please review all the chips in red to clear errors (see below).
Once you’re done reviewing, tap “Looks good!” to send all of Andy’s findings directly to your EMR.
Once you tap Transfer, please do not open your note in your EMR until Andy is done. Wait for either the Andy app to show Complete, or for the Yellow Sticky to say “ANDY AI: Ready for review.”
If you open your note too soon, you will see a blank note. Worse, your copy of the blank note may actually overwrite Andy’s.
Sometimes, Andy may mishear you! You’ll see unusual values highlighted in yellow allowing you to fix them.
You’ll also see findings copied from a prior note, in green. Please confirm if these are still true.
The preview page won’t show you every single question in the EMR. You will see major findings from your recordings and from the H&P. If you glance at Andy’s work and it all looks good, there will be no surprises in Kinnser.
