Did you make a mistake, and:

• Forget to add a med list or a debrief?
• Entered information into the wrong patient?
• Used the wrong visit type?

Reopening your visit lets you fix any issues so you can resubmit the right information to Andy.

Why do you need to reopen a visit?

When you reopen a visit, you’re telling Andy to pause working on your note. Andy will cancel your note, until you make the changes you need to make and resubmit your visit to Andy.

You can do this to:

• Add a new med list
• Add one more debrief
• Change the patient ID, if you’ve mixed up 2 patients

How to reopen a visit?

Use the 3-dot menu on the upper right to reopen. This menu only shows up on submitted visits.

IMPORTANT: once you reopen, please remember to resubmit your note!

What happens next?

Once a visit is reopened, you can make new recordings, edit wounds, add med images, edit the patient name, etc. If you EDIT the patient, you’ll also be prompted to choose the visit type.

When you’re done, make sure to re-submit the visit.
