Andy completes time-in / time-out done same-day, to allow timely NOAs.
Andy will figure out the time of your visit, based on the time of your visit recordings. If your recording started at 8:45am, then Andy will use 8:40am (5 minutes prior) as the start of your visit. ****
Maybe you didn’t start recording the visit till midway through, and the recording time doesn’t reflect your actual visit time. Just tap on the tip chip to edit the time.
If you only have a debrief recording, you can still tap to manually enter the time in / time out in the light-blue colored chips.
As soon as you submit the recording to Andy, we’ll drop this information directly into the note. You don’t have to wait 24 hours for this info.
